Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase at their full value.

After 12 months, any unused balance will reduce by 50% of original value.

After 24 months, any remaining balance will reduce to 25% of the original value. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
